Rods have access to over 1666 yards of fishing on the river Blackwater consisting of 3 beats. In the summer months the river has high banks but is readily fishable thoughout as it meanders through the Woodington and Whinwhistle system. A 7ft 4 or 5 wt rod makes the ideal tool to tackle the powerful fish. Ask John for an insight ino what flies are catching.
